viaLanguage's strong growth record continues in 2009 Portland, Oregon – January 5, 2010 – viaLanguage, a leading provider of global translation and localization services, announced today its acquisition of e-Learning solutions provider and long-time strategic business partner, Planet Productions Inc. for an undisclosed amount. The newly purchased assets and staff will now operate as a subsidiary of viaLanguage called viaLearning. Most of the Planet Productions team will remain intact including Caleb Blodgett, co-founder and president. "We believe the acquisition will bolster our global e-Learning services.
